    Best website ever……straight to “favorites”.

    Right now Mark Zuckerberg is wishing he had such a good idea.

    mmmmmmm, I feel like a beer right now.

    Jibby.

    Just watched it again. I reckon this could be a cult hit amount expat Aussies in London! Who would have thought you could talk for so long about a single beer! Nice work!

  5. Simon says:

    Just noticed that you’ve already pre-empted my London suggestion by using GMT to record the time the comments were posted

  6. team@aussiebeertv.com.au says:

    @Simon:
    Ah, yes…nice pickup Simon….we just fixed the time stamp now so it’s setup as Aussie Daylight Savings time.

  7. BB Boy says:

    Nice beer this one…had it a few years ago at a 21st birthday party and it was the hightlight of my night (b’day was a fizzer). Agree it goes down even better over summer, will be looking forward to a few of these with the cricket this year.

  8. Iain says:

    Guys, the Knappstein sounds like a cracker. I’ll definately be looking to try one soon. Keep them coming – what better excuse to drink new beers than “Aussie Beer TV told me to”.

    Hopefully word does get out overseas and you can help remind the world that we’ve got more than XXXX, Fosters and VB!

    Which beer is up next?

  9. Ange says:

    I LOVE IT!!!!!! You guys are naturals! For someone who’s not into beer, it was extremely interesting and educational… I might just start choosing beer over vino! Keep it coming…

  10. Greg says:

    Great. Loved the entire episode. I have not tried this beer and will be going out to buy a case now – to see if I can pick up all of those tastes and aromas that you discussed!

  11. Matt says:

    Gents, impressive – I feel the passion.
    But how does it compare to VB ?

    A suggestion for an upcoming episode – Effen Lager, Traralgon Vic.

  12. Bevan says:

    Nice ad. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to all the good comments and reviews!

  13. Lyndon says:

    Well done lads.. might have to scope out a Knappstein Reserve Lager next time I’m down at Dan Murphy’s (I guess they will have it?) Could maybe let people know where they can get it from? price? etc..

    Also don’t forget us little people when google comes knocking…(!)

    Cheers

  14. Ian says:

    Great work!

    Can’t wait for next episode.

    Feel thirsty right.

    Time to call Foxtel?

    Cheers

    Gents,

    Great work with the website – looks fantastic.

    Just need to do some wardrobe transformation with Ty to give it a lift – maybe pull out the white jeans and the Lorne Beach Club polo shirts!

    Suggest you try to get your hands on some Holgate Nut Brown Ale and review this in the future – absolute cracker of a beer!

  16. team@aussiebeertv.com.au says:

    @Michael Mcphee:
    Thanks for the tip about Holgate Nut Brown Ale, we’ll certainly add this to our list of future beers and may even get up to Woodend to checkout their brewery.

    @Lyndon:
    Yep, we ended up getting the Knappsteins from Dan Murphys for around $17 bucks for a 4 pack. You can also pick them up as a 16 pack ….Vintage Cellars stock these for about $42. A premium price but worth the money we reckon.

  17. Ant says:

    Roy and HG move over – these lads are the real deal!

  18. Beno says:

    Guys

    Guys, great website and good updates on beers. I am glad you are also catering for the ladies with a light fruity Knappstein beer.

    Maybe cover off some traditional Aussie beers and see how they go against the imports. Also are these low carb beers really that much better for you?

  19. James says:

    Definitely agree with your review…Knappstein is a very enjoyable and refreshing beer.

    It surprises me a bit, since the Knappstein Enterprise Brewery is backed and driven by Lion Nathan, so you’d expect their to be a lacking quality from the big commercial influence behind it, but they have been able to keep their operation producing such a choice lager. Chuck Hahn obviously did a great job setting it up.

    Thanks for helping share the word about good beer! Cheers!

  20. Sam says:

    I finally bought this beer lads and gave it a spin, very interesting and pleasant to kick back with. Thanks for the tip guys!
